Fuding Gong Mei, 2021, white tea

This tea comes from wild bushes in the Guan Yang area of Fuding, Fujian, at 900 m altitude.

The Gong Mei leaves harvested in April 2021 were aged in loose leaf form for nearly two years before being pressed into tiny mini bricks in 2023, each weighing 1–1.5 g.

It has a distinctive fruity aroma and a smooth, long-lasting mouthfeel. The infusion is a deep orange color, with brewed leaves turning light brown. Very balanced and lively, the tea reflects its high-altitude growing conditions.

Perfect for a single cup or gong fu brewing — just use the desired amount and enjoy!

Brewing:
1–2 mini bricks per cup, 85–95 °C, 3–5 minutes.
