We are delighted to offer Matcha enthusiasts another top-quality organic tea. According to legend, tea has been cultivated in the Uji region since the early 13th century, with the first Matcha likely prepared in the late 16th century. At 250 m above sea level, on calcium-rich soil with frequent mists, the perfect conditions are created for growing complex and exquisite green tea. When prepared, this vibrant Matcha reveals a bright emerald green color crowned with a grassy, creamy froth. The aroma is sweet and fruity, while the flavor is aromatic and full-bodied.

Preparation:

• 2 g Matcha / 200 ml water
• Water temperature: 70–80 °C
