Mao Xie („Hairy Crab“) – Anxi Oolong

Mao Xie is an oolong tea grown in Anxi County, Fujian, also known as “Hairy Crab.” The name comes from the tiny hairs on the tea leaves, which detach during brewing and float on the surface of the cup.
