Silver Needles White Tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen)

Silver Needles white tea is a special variety made from tender buds only. The leaves are gently handled, briefly pan-roasted at low heat, and then allowed to dry naturally, sometimes with the help of a fan. This relatively simple processing method gives the tea a fruity and sweet flavor. Its aroma remains rich, viscous, and full-bodied even after a year or two. When brewed, a light cinnamon-spice aroma emerges. The tea is thick and sweet, leaving a pleasant, smooth sensation in the mouth that lingers after drinking.

Brewing Instructions

Water temperature: 80 °C
Steeping time: keep short for the first 3–4 infusions
Infusions: can be infused up to 7–8 times
