For decades, it was one of the favorite teas of the Queen of England. This tea is said to possess “four virtues”: emerald color, delicate aroma, excellent taste, and beautiful appearance. A gentle, embracing brew with a very soft taste. It tonifies and stimulates perfectly. Chinese sages believed that drinking this tea allows one to feel the breath of Special Harmony within. It contains vitamin C, amino acids, and catechins, with higher levels than any other tea variety. Preparation: 1 heaping teaspoon per 250 ml Steeping time: 1–3 minutes Water temperature: 75–80°C
