Our Yunnan Yellow Tea is incredibly sweet and complex, with floral and chocolate notes!
This tea can be brewed 6 to 8 times gong fu style.  We recommend using 85-90C water and brewing gong fu style to gradually coax out the flavors and aromas while avoiding astringent flavors.
